When the shipping methods provided by Yoybuy are unable to ship the products you have purchased, you can choose to find your own forwarder to ship these products.
For such parcels, you will be charged a packing fee of 5CNY/kg, and the remaining shipping cost will be refunded to your Yoybuy account within 1-3 working days after your parcel has leftYoybuy’s warehouse.
Tips
1 You cannot use your own account for pickup and shipping if Yoybuy has an existing shipping method that can ship your item, if you confirm to use this service, you will need to pay all charges using T/T, Western Union or Webmoney.
2 When your forwarder needs to pick up your goods, Yoybuy will only provide the normal packing service, any other operations will be charged at an additional cost, depending on the amount of work and difficulty of the job.
3 When you need to pick up your goods from Yoybuy, Yoybuy will only guarantee the integrity of the products and packaging at the time of handover. Yoybuy will not be responsible for any damage or loss of the parcel or goods from the time your forwarder takes the parcel out of Yoybuy’s warehouse.
