2.If you are a new customer and your first order is for a large amount, please contact customer service. It is likely that you have been contacted by a risk controller but have not responded in time, resulting in your account being closed.
3.Please make sure you have entered your registered email address correctly
4.Please check if you have more than one Yoybuy account, resulting in you logging into the wrong account.
