1.Item ID and Order number for “buy for me” service
You will get order number and item ID at the same time after you pay the products
Item ID consists of 7 digits if you use our “buy for me” service.
Order number consists of a long string of numbers, it can include several items ID or only one item ID.
Please kindly check the picture below, Order number is marked by red box, item ID is marked by green box.
2.Parcel number and tracking number for “buy for me” service
You will get YOYBUY Parcel number after you submit the delivery for your products in “arrived”
It starts with a Y and followed by a long string of numbers
The warehouse staff will pack your package and arrange it to be shipped after you submit.
and the tracking number will be updated to your account once the parcel is shipped.
3.Item ID and Domestic tracking number for “forwarding” service
For “forwarding” service, the item ID starts with a A and followed by 6 digits.
The tracking number in the picture is domestci tracking number which provided by your seller.
4.Parcel number and International tracking number for “forwarding” service
You will get YOYBUY Parcel number after you submit the delivery for your products in “my warehouse”. It starts with a A and followed by a long string of numbers.
The warehouse staff will pack your package and arrange it to be shipped after you submit.
and the tracking number will be updated to your account once the parcel is shipped.
Note: Please don’t hesitate to contact us if the tracking number is same to the Parcel number,
then we will provide you the correct tracking number off-line.
