1.Once you have paid for your order and your order has not been processed, you will only be able to view your order in your account under My products-pending.
2.When your purchase starts processing your order, you can view your order in My products-Processing.
3.If your item has been cancelled for reasons such as product unavailability, you can view the cancelled order at My products-Refunded.
4.Once your product has arrived at the Yoybuy depot and has been added to your account, you can view your arrived products in My product-Arrived.
5.Overview displays all product information except for orders with Pending status.
My products will only show the quantity when your product status becomes “In Stock”, My products will only show the number of products that have arrived.
