If you are using the Yoybuy service to ship a parcel and need the warehouse staff to ship it for you offline because of personal shipping needs.

If the final shipping cost of your parcel is lower than your previous shipping cost, the warehouse staff will refund the difference in shipping cost to your Yoybuy account within 3-5 working days.


Usually offline operations involve changing shipping methods, splitting packages, combining packages, etc. The warehouse will add the handling fee for this operation to your shipping cost.
