Once you have registered as a Yoybuy customer, your registered email will be an important piece of information for you to access your Yoybuy account.
Please make sure you fill in your real email address and make sure it works properly.
Once you have registered, you will not be able to change your registered email address yourself.
If you need to change your registered Yoybuy email address, you will need to send your change request to our service email address(email@example.com) using the Yoybuy registered email address you are using. This is to ensure that the request is your own.
Once we have received your email, our customer service team will contact the technical department to make the change for you.
Once the changes have been made, you will be notified by email.
