1.Item fee:
The item price is shown on the product page.
2.Domestic shipping fee:
Buying multiple items from the same seller will save you a lot on domestic shipping. Most domestic delivery companies charge 10 to 30CNY per kilogram. The fee differs according to the courier, parcel weight, and distance between seller and buyer’s locations.
3.Value-added purchasing fee:
For any level of Yoybuy customers who purchase goods on special websites other than Taobao, 1688, an additional 10% of the total cost of the goods (goods + shipping) will be charged as a value-added purchasing fee on top of the company’s existing service fee collection system.

1.YOYBUY Service Fee:
Our service fee is 10% *(Items fee + domestic shipping fee); our SVIP members will enjoy a discounted service fee of 8%*(Items fee + domestic shipping fee),Our “merchant” enjoy 0$ service fee. You may use E-coupon to deduct service fee.
You will be asked to pay the service charge together with the international shipping of your parcel. After you have gotten the weight of your parcel and selected the international shipping method, YOYBUY will automatically calculate your service fee. After you pay the shipping cost and service fee, YOYBUY will ship your parcel as soon as possible.

3. Storage fee:
All YOYBUY members have a free storage period of 90 days. If your free storage time has run out and you still haven’t shipped your items, you can choose to purchase additional storage time at a cost of 2CNY/day for a maximum of 30 days.
Note: If you are unable to ship your goods within 90 days and have not purchased additional storage time, your order status will change to “Abandon.” This means you have given up your items and will no longer be able to receive them.
4.Customs fee:
We suggest that before shipping, YOYBUY customers take the initiative to find out their local Customs policies. In countries with high rate of Customs clearance, there is no need to pay any fees. However, in countries with low rate of Customs clearance such as Argentina, customers may be required to pay tariffs.
Note: Chinese Customs fee is 8CNY per parcel.
5. Basic Insurance fee (optional):
Insurance fee is purchased at 3% of the total price.
Items fee + Domestic shipping fee + International delivery fee + Service fee + Customs fee = Total Price
Note: To “My Warehouse in China,” Insurance fee can be purchased at 3% of the International delivery fee +.Service fee + Customs fee
Tips
Time:
1) Arrival of goods to YOYBUY: usually takes 3-5 days after we purchased.
2) Shipping date: after you submitted delivery and payment.
Customs:
The logistics services is undertaken by third-party logistics providers. They are restricted by the customs policy and there might be logistics risks. You need to consider the risks as you will be responsible for them.
As a service platform, Yoybuy is partnered with numerous third-party logistics providers who ship the products we purchased to you. Yoybuy is not responsible for the confiscation, damage, loss, or delay of the products that occurred due to the policy of the customs or the uncontrollable risks associated with the international transportation. However, Yoybuy will warn you about the possible risks ahead of time. We will improve our logistics insurance services, since we want to help you assess possible risks and minimize possible losses.

2) Quality of goods: we will verify size, quantity, color, and pattern of the goods, but we are not responsible for quality.
3) Electronic products: we can only verify the appearance and model.
4) The current exchange rate will be adjusted regularly based on real-time exchange rates.

7) YOYBUY customers do not enjoy the discounted prices or coupons of Taobao, you will enjoy various preferential policies from YOYBUY
