1.Item fee: Sellers’ prices.
When you place the order, if the price is different from the seller’s page,do not worry, please order it. Buyer will refund you the difference during 24 hours.
2.Domestic shipping fee: Sellers’ standard.
1. Refer to the difference of quantity, weight, courier and distance， about 12-15cny/kg. (Except for special circumstances, we will explain.)
2. If the seller’s actual cost is different from the fee you paid, we will refund or you need to pay the difference.
3.Additional Value-added purchasing fee: 10%
For any level of Yoybuy customers who purchase goods on websites other than Taobao, 1688, an additional 10% of the total cost of the goods (goods + shipping) will be charged.

1.YOYBUY Service Fee: Account levels * (Items fee + domestic shipping fee), highest is 10%
Based on cumulative consumption,
0-25,000 CNY, Member&VIP, service fee is 10%
25,000-100,000 CNY, SVIP, 8%
100,000 CNY+, Merchant, 0%
Please pay the service fee together with the international shipping of your parcel.
2.International delivery fee: Refer to actual weight or volume weight, charge as the heavier one.
1. When you submit a parcel, we calculate the weight according to the total weight of each item*1.1. If the size of the inner items is larger, parcel’s volume weight may be greater than the actual weight after packing, so the Chargeable Weight is the volume weight. For example, the actual weight of your parcel is 5kg, after packing, its volume weight is 11kg. Then you need to pay the difference of 6kg in the system.

3.Storage fee: : Free for 90days.
1. All YOYBUY members have a free storage period of 90 days. If your free storage time has run out and you still haven’t shipped your items, you can choose to purchase additional storage time at a cost of 2CNY/day for a maximum of 30 days.
2. Note: If you are unable to ship your goods within 90 days and have not purchased additional storage time, your order status will change to “Abandon.” This means you have given up your items and will no longer be able to receive them.
4.Customs fee (only for China post): For Chinese customs, 8 CNY.
When you choose China post, we need to help you pay the Customs registration fee. About tax fee, please find out your local Customs policies before shipping.
5.Basic Insurance fee (optional): Insurance fee is purchased at 3% of the total price.

2.Note：if you choose forwarding service, you only can purchase the insurance for the service you use.
Insurance fee can be purchased at 3% of the International delivery fee +Service fee + Customs fee，if you do not get your parcel finially, we will compensate you.
Customs:
The logistics services is undertaken by third-party logistics providers. They are restricted by the customs policy and there might be logistics risks. You need to consider the risks as you will be responsible for them.
As a service platform, Yoybuy is partnered with numerous third-party logistics providers who ship the products we purchased to you. Yoybuy is not responsible for the confiscation, damage, loss, or delay of the products that occurred due to the policy of the customs or the uncontrollable risks associated with the international transportation. However, Yoybuy will warn you about the possible risks ahead of time. We will improve our logistics insurance services, since we want to help you assess possible risks and minimize possible losses.

2) Quality of goods: we will verify size, quantity, color, and pattern of the goods, but we are not responsible for quality.

4) The current exchange rate will be adjusted regularly based on real-time exchange rates.
