If you encounter this situation, please take a screenshot of your transaction number, transaction time and transaction amount, and then contact Yoybuy customer service(firstname.lastname@example.org).
Yoybuy Customer Service will recheck your transaction based on the screenshot of your transaction.
In the event of a dropped Paypal order, we will recharge your account promptly.
If you used an electronic check when paying, the arrival time is usually 48 hours and you will need to continue to wait for Paypal to release the funds.
