Credit Card Payment Exceptions

After you have paid by credit card, your transaction is successful and the money has been successfully transferred, but the money has not been added to your Yoybuy account. Please take a screenshot of your transaction card number, the time and amount of your transaction and contact Yoybuy Customer Service(service@yoybuy.com). We will then recheck your transaction.

It is often the case that you have registered more than one Yoybuy account and your account login is confusing. We recommend that you keep only one account to avoid confusing transactions.
