How To Cancel A Paid Order

I If your order has been paid for, but buyer has not yet processed your order
1.You can go directly to “My procusts-Pending” and click on the order number to cancel the order directly and then place a new purchase according to your requirements.

II Your order has been processed but not yet shipped by the seller
1.You can cancel your order by going to “My products-Processing” in your yoybuy account, clicking on the blue “Chat” tab, then you can send a message to your buyer asking them to cancel the order. Your buyer will then contact the seller and if your seller agrees to cancel the order, your buyer will request a refund for you, if the seller does not agree to cancel, your buyer will leave a message for you.

3.You can also contact Yoybuy customer service directly in Live chat or by sending an email:service@yoybuy.com to inform Yoybuy staff of your new requirements and they will pass on your new requirements to the buyer, who will then contact the seller for you.

III The seller has shipped or the item has arrived at the warehouse

Tips
