Logistics services are undertaken by third-party logistics providers. These providers are subject to customs policies and may face logistics risks. You need to take these risks into consideration, as you will be responsible for them. Please make sure to understand your local customs policies and choose the most appropriate shipping method for your goods.

1. As a service platform, Yoybuy cooperates with multiple third-party logistics providers to deliver the products we purchase on your behalf.

2. For most international shipping methods displayed on the website, if a local customs inspection occurs, you are required to handle the customs clearance procedures yourself. This includes but is not limited to providing a tax ID, paying duties and taxes, and submitting the necessary documents or materials required for customs clearance.

Since international logistics channels are frequently updated, the logistics providers involved in customs clearance may include (but are not limited to): DHL, FEDEX, UPS, ARAMEX, HKUPS, YOYBUY Express, YOYBUY Global Line – F & Sensitive, Yunexpress, China Post (E-packet, EMS, Eexpress), etc.

3. For logistics channels explicitly marked as DDP, such as Matson Fast Boat DDP, CDEK DDP, KCE DDP, and YOYBUY Cargo, Yoybuy will be responsible for customs clearance at the destination.

4. Yoybuy shall not be held responsible for the confiscation, damage, loss, or delay of goods caused by customs policies or uncontrollable risks during international transportation.
However, Yoybuy will inform you in advance of any potential risks. We will also continue to improve our logistics insurance services to help you assess potential risks and minimize possible losses.
