About parcels seized by customs inspection

< 1 min read

Parcels sent abroad are subject to inspection by foreign customs, basically in the form of random checks, and this situation is an irresistible factor.

If Customs considers your parcel to be special (e.g. large, too heavy or containing sensitive items), they will generally take the initiative to contact the recipient to provide an invoice or customs clearance documents.

If the package is returned or destroyed due to the recipient’s failure to complete customs clearance, the associated costs will be borne by the recipient. All losses incurred shall also be the responsibility of the recipient.
