Cosmo Lady , founded in 1998, headquartered in Dongguan, Guangdong Province, is the first fast fashion underwear brand in China. History of Cosmo Lady
In 1998, Zheng Yaonan founded the Cosmo Lady brand.
In 2002, it introduced the marketing mode of “one-stop purchase of close-fitting clothes”.
In 2009, Dongguan Cosmo Lady company was established.
In 2010, Capital Today became a shareholder.
In 2011, Cosmo Lady was awarded “2009-2010 Top 50 Private Industrial Enterprises in Dongguan”.
In 2014, it was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and cooperated with Hello Kitty to create a series of products.
In 2015, it acquired Oudifen, a first-tier underwear brand, formally entered China’s high-end underwear market, and cooperated with Disney to achieve product authorization.
In 2016, the Cosmo Lady testing center won the “CNAS Accreditation certificate of China National Accreditation Committee for Conformity Assessment”, jumping into the Top 100 private enterprises in Guangdong.
In 2017, Fosun International invested in Cosmo Lady and reached strategic cooperation with KIMURATAN Corporation of Japan to explore the field and market of children’s clothing.
In 2019, it ranked first in the “2019 New Consumer Brands of Women’s Underwear” published by iiMedia Ranking.
