Due to the fact that all international logistics service providers are closed on Sundays, our working days will be changed from Monday – Sunday to Monday – Saturday, starting from 14th February 2022. The customer service department and the warehouse will not be available on Sundays after that.

Your parcels will be processed on time and all issues will be dealt with in order on Monday.

Purchasing team working hours will not change and we will still continue to process your orders on Sundays to ensure that sellers are able to dispatch your items as soon as possible. You can place orders at any time with confidence.

The change in Yoybuy’s working time will not affect the delivery of your parcel or the handling of order problems, and you will enjoy a better and more efficient service for sure.
