Yoybuy Chinese New Year Holiday Notice

Dear customers:

Chinese New Year is almost here. We sincerely thank you for your trust and support during the past year.

All yoybuy staff will be on holiday from 20 January to 28 January Beijing time. Shenzhen warehouse will stop working on 19 January.

18 January will be the last day to process orders and the last day for international couriers to pick up packages from the warehouse (some logistics companies will stop picking up packages before 16, so we recommend that you give priority to commercial courier channels).

Due to the Chinese New Year, sellers and factories in China will be on holiday from 12 January. If you want your sellers to ship orders before the holiday, we recommend that you place your order at least until 16 January 2023.

You can still submit orders and deliveries during the holidays. 29th January we will process orders and parcels in the order they are submitted.

Please plan your purchases and parcel shipments well in advance.
