As the Chinese Spring Festival approaches, we would like to inform you of Yoybuy’s service arrangements during the holiday period.
Please refer to the information below to plan your purchases and shipments so that you can receive your parcels on time.
●February 8th: Most sellers and factories will no longer accept orders.
●February 9th: Last day to process orders.
●February 13th: Last day for Commercial Express.
Please ensure your parcels are submitted before 14:00 on February 13th.
Parcels submitted after this time will be processed after the holiday.
(We recommend prioritizing commercial delivery channels.)
●February 14th–23rd: All Yoybuy staff will be on holiday.
You may still place orders and submit delivery requests during this period. All orders and parcels will be processed in the order they were received starting from February 24th.
