As the Chinese Spring Festival approaches, we’d like to update you on the service arrangements for YOYBUY during the holiday period.
Please use it as a reference to plan your purchase and shipping so that you receive parcels on time.
All yoybuy staff will be on holiday from 27 January. to 4 February, Beijing time.
21 January. will be the last day to process orders.
From 22 January., most Chinese sellers and factories will be on holiday.
Also, some logistics companies will be on holiday.
26 January. will be the last working day for international delivery.
Please submit your parcels before 14:00 on the 26th.
Otherwise, the parcels will be sent after the holiday.
(We recommend you choose commercial delivery channels first.)
You can still submit orders and deliveries during the holiday. We will process orders and parcels in the order of submission on 5 February.
