Yoybuy has developed a package notification feature. You could find” Add Package” option in “My Chinese address “or “My warehouse”.
You could click “Add package” after the seller updates the tracking number, but before the package arrives at our warehouse – enter your tracking number, so that when the package arrives at Yoybuy’s warehouse, it will be added to your account at the first time.
Tips:If your tracking number shows as used, please contact customers service (service@yoybuy.com). They will help you to confirm the status of your package. Please do not disclose your tracking number to anyone else to avoid fraudulent claims.
