Emergency Shutdown Notice for Yoybuy Shenzhen Warehouse

We regret to inform you that:

Affected by COVID-19, Shenzhen has entered a state of emergency from 00:00:00 on Março 14, 2022.

Affected by this, Yoybuy Shenzhen warehouse has been completely suspended, and the estimated suspension time is 5-7 days.

Faced with this situation, Yoybuy urgently opened the Beijing warehouse. All orders submitted after 16:00 on Março 13 will be requested to be shipped to our Beijing warehouse. Please pay attention to the order payment time node when submitting the waybill.

If your package contains goods in both Beijing warehouse and Shenzhen warehouse, we will suspend the processing of the package until the Shenzhen warehouse is opened.

All dedicated channels are currently closed. In order to ensure the normal transportation of your goods, please choose China Post (Airmail for Small Packages, E-packet, Air parcel, EMS, E-express), DHL, UPS, FedEx or Aramex to ship the parcel.

All parcels that have been submitted in Shenzhen warehouse but have not been dispatched will be dispatched as soon as possible after the Shenzhen warehouse is opened.
