Yoybuy New Storage Rules

In order to optimise customers’ item arrival turnaround, Yoybuy has implemented new warehousing rules as of 9 January.

The new warehousing rules are as follows.

1 Products arriving at Yoybuy’s warehouse after 9 January inclusive will receive 90 days free storage time. If you are unable to submit your goods for dispatch within the 90-day free storage period, you have the option to purchase additional storage time. The cost of storage is 2CNY/day, up to a maximum of 30 additional days of storage time can be purchased.

If you do not purchase additional storage time or fail to submit your parcel within the specified time after purchase. Your item will be simply destroyed.

2 All items that arrive at the warehouse before 9 January and have been in the warehouse for no more than 180 days will be re-issued 90 days free storage time straight away. If your item arrives at the warehouse no more than 30 days before 9 November, you will be entitled to purchase additional storage time.

If your item arrives at the warehouse before 9 January and has been there for more than 30 days, you will no longer be able to purchase additional storage time.

If you do not submit your item for dispatch within 90 days, your item will be simply destroyed.
