On December 18, it was ranked 30th in the People’s Daily “China Brand Development Index” Top 100 list. On March 30, 2021, Xiaomi Group issued an announcement on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, officially announcing its entry into the automotive manufacturing field. On the same day, Xiaomi launched a new logo. In August 2021, it ranked 338th among the world’s top 500 companies, a significant increase of 84 places .

It acquired the the self-driving technology company Shendun Technology to deploy core technologies for autonomous driving. In the second quarter of 2021, Xiaomi’s smart phone surpassed Apple’s global market share and was promoted to second place worldwide. It is also the fastest growing smartphone brand in the world and in China throughout history.


The “MI” in our logo stands for “Mobile Internet”. It also has other meanings, including “Mission Impossible”, as Xiaomi faces many challenges that seem impossible to us.

Xiaomi was founded in April 2010 and listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (1810.HK) on July 9, 2018.

Xiaomi is a constituent of the Hang Seng Index, the Hang Seng China Enterprises Index, the Hang Seng TECH Index and the Hang Seng China 50 Index.
